Thursday :h.19.30pm boarding at Castellamare port (Naples). Breafing, allocation of cabins, ,dinner on board navigation trough the night direct to Ponza island. Overnight
Friday: breakfast , immersion at Formiche of Ponza (diving, snorkelling, swimming, ) Lunch on board in the area , arrival in Ponza free tour for shopping, dinner on board. Overnight
Saturday: breakfast, navigation to the fantastic island of Palmarola ,immersion - possibility of visiting the caves of Palmarola ,walking tour to the monaster of S. Silverio, excursion on dinghy ..or a nap between the sound of the sea and the sing of the birds, at the sunset preparation of night immersion to the Cathedral , dinner on board under the shining sky of Palmarola. . Overnight
Sunday: wakeup and breakfast in Palmarola, immersion to the remnants of Punta Papa in Ponza (diving, snorkelling, swim) , navigation to Ventotene lunch on board ,quick visit to the Romanic Ventotene Port ,navigation and way back to Castellamare Port (Naples) ,arrival around h. 19.30pm
